Floral peasant style adjustable blouse

I got this in Monterey California years ago. the bodice is lined, the fabric is flowy with an interesting pattern and completely adjustable at the neck line. the straps run through the collar and can be tightened or loosened. the back panel is shirred so it is very stretchy.
