Floral off the shoulder romper 🌸

Super gorgeous floral romper. The sleeves hang off the shoulder on the arms for a flirty look. Never worn out only to try on. New without tags. I bought this at a boutique at the Fair and I just never worn it. It best fit a small or small/medium. (Not top shop just used for exposure) Open to offers but please no low balling. Thank you💕
