Brand new with tags navy floral maxi dress. Size XL. Smocking at waist and elastic cuff on sleeves. Flowy and beautiful looks better in person. I bought a large and XL not knowing which would fit and the large fit me beautifully so this dress runs true to size. I thought I might sell the other here for a little while because it is such a pretty dress and if it doesn’t sell I’ll return it back to the store.
