Floral lightweight flowy black dress with short sleeves

Light material for this flowy black dress with pink and white flower pattern and short, flowy sleeves. Neckline is low, may want to wear a tank top under it. Hemline falls just below the knee and I am 5 feet. New without tags, took them off then decided on another outfit and never wore it since.
