@vqpoole hi! sure, illl get you the measurements as soon as I get home today. And yes, iit's a dark blue. it's hard sometimes with taking pictures so Im sorry if that was confusing.

@vqpoole Hi... ok, length from P2P is 20" and it's 24" in length. It's made to be flowy, but the cinching of ruffle (right above the P2P line) pulls the fabric together so it lays really nicely when it's on. The main material doesn't stretch though, they just made it a generous fit of that makes sense
