Floral high-low dress

Worn once to a Gala. Very good condition. Blue floral design perfect for spring events. The back of the dress is a little longer and has a lining so your underwear will not show through. The front ends around mid thigh for me. Size says medium but I would say S-M. I’m 5’1, 115 lbs and fit me well. I believe this dress was bought from F21.
