This is a beautiful silk halter dress by Nicole Miller. It is a size 4 and has been worn once. It is an excellent condition. It has a somewhat of a ragged cut bottom that is between midi and maxi. The halter top has a clasp. It is a well-made high-quality beautiful halter dress. Measurements are in the pictures.
