Floral flare dress

Super cute floral flare dress. Has lining underneath since top layer is see-through. Sleeveless. Perfect condition, only worn once. Size: XS. Smoke-free home. I’m 5’7 and it is definitely above the knees. I love how it sways when you walk & the way the bottom portion of the dress is made because it flares but also has extra material so the bottom half of the dress feels more full.
