Floral fit and flare dress size 9

Floral print on navy background fit and flare dress with spaghetti straps and halter neckline. The back of the dress has a keyhole with button and zipper closure. The dress has a see-through crochet dot trim around the waist and down the front of the dress. It is junior size 9, but it would fit a straight size small/medium.
