Floral dress for summer

Darian floral summer dress. 2 pockets at waist. Matching belt. Slightly worn. Chest 21 across, waist which is elastic 20 inches across at max, top of shoulder to bottom hem 48 inches. Belt 36 inches long and just under 2 inches wide. Not sure on size but a bit bigger than XL I believe.
