Floral dress

Floral off the shoulder dress. It’s a zipper closure and it’s not stretchy. It did have a layer of tulle under the ruffle at the top but I cut it out (see 3rd photo) you can’t tell and it’s still a beautiful dress it just runs a little small. It’s really a plus size 1x but it fits like an xl
