Floral dress

This dress is sky blue with accent flowers. The shoulders are out and is a button up in the back. I’ve never worn this dress before, I bought it for a banquet that got canceled. It’s a small but fits as a medium for girls that are 5”2. Super cute and needs to go to someone who will wear it!
