Is lined and has black mesh lining also.flat lay arm to arm approx 14”. Top of bustvto bottom hem approx 27 inch. The flowers design could be considered cottage core. Reminds me of an 80’s Guess girl with a cut off jean jacket and boots sitting on a mustang or Chevy vintage car…. Cute and sassy ! Preloved, light wear and good condition.
