Floral cold shoulder dress

This dress has open shoulder ruffle sleeves, as well as a slit in the front of the neckline. This material is 100% Viscose. Perfect summer dress or fall dress paired with leggings. Although it comes with no original tags, I've took that tag off, but ended up not wearing it because it was still a bit tight for me unfortunately.
