Floral chiffon-y bandana from India

This bandana is 26 inches by 26 inches by 24 inches. It can be used tied around your head, to tie your hair up. Tied around your waist, tied around a bag, etc. it’s never been used and it’s from Mumbai. It’s multicolored; it has pink and blue flowers on a sky blue fabric with silver small sequins.
