Floral blouse with handkerchief hem

I still really like this blouse, but I need a little bit more stretch to my fabric these days. While this top has a loose flow, the material does not stretch. It has an awesome handkerchief hem in the front and back. I love the floral pattern with the dark blue background and stripes. 3/4 sleeves with elastic cuffs. This has my college’s colors, so I would wear this at sporting events when I didn’t feel like looking overly athletic. Added a little femininity in the mix. Deep v-neck. 18 1/2” armpit to armpit. From the top of the shoulder to the highest point of the bottom hem is 22 inches. The handkerchief hem goes about 7 inches longer in the center. In EUC.
