Floral blouse | Size and brand unknown

Pretty floral blouse. It is slightly sheer and is nice and thin, light material. The waist is elastic and slightly adjustable. The sleeves also have elastic which gives a ruffle look. There are two pockets in the front and buttons down to waist. There is a loose thread, which I've included a picture of. The tags showing brand and size are missing, but for me it fits like a medium.
