Floral black short dress. ((Size xl)

This is a target short floral dress. The dress is black with white, pinkish red flowers. I am a size 38D in bra and the little top part doesn’t fit me like it should. Overall the dress fits me great and it’s supper flowy. It also has pockets!! For measurement references I am 5’2” and I usually wear size 12 jeans and large tops. And I’m a size 38D in bras.
