Floral &black Desigual dress S

Reposhing this item I purchased from @lalbeta. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. worn and washed a few times , no rips or stains stitching is coming loose in a couple of places under the bodice (see pics) I honestly do not know if that was true when I purchased the dress - I didn't look that closely fabric is cotton/viscose Questions?
