Floral beaded handmade dress- too small for me, never worn tag is still attached

Parker brand, handmade in India, beaded dress, XS (could fit a Small) with pink, orange, teal, blue, clear, white, gold, etc. beads. some arranged in flower patterns. unique piece, very shiny and elegant. knee length/ hits just above the knee. 18 inch bust length (measured from armpit to armpit) 20 inch bottom hem, and waist is ~18 inches with a slight taper outward to the bottom
