Floral and striped women’s blouse

I loooove this top! I hate to get rid of it but it’s to small now! I actually bought off Poshmark and if I can find a bigger size I will purchase this again! It has a long tie that cinches at the waist and can slightly gather with a bow. It’s a high low with belled sleeves, super cute and fun!
