Floral and polka dot wrap dress

Super cute floral and polka dot dress has puffy long sleeves with a ruffle at the end, a tie to make a bow, and elastic around the cuff to wear as long sleeves or 3/4 length sleeve. The skirt of the dress is a fixed wrap, comes with a belt to pull the “wrap dress” look together. Dress zips up in the back and has a open upper back with a tie at the neck, ruffles along the shoulder blades. Ruffle trim around the bottom of the dress as well. No stretch. Worn once.
