Floral and Pinstripe halter midi-romper

This romper has vertical blue stripes and small pink floral prints. This hits around the middle of my calf and flows beautifully while you walk. It has two slits up the legs and shorts under the flaps. It has a halter neck that ties in the back and a tied, cinched waist.
