Floral “a new day” blouse

Absolute gorgeous target brand blouse. I love this one and it hurts me to list it, but it’s just too big for me. Looks amazing styled casually or with a skirt at work. Great for a night out, going to a play or show, or at the office for a little bit of a more feminine look. No visible flaws. Super cute sleeves, and more on the flowey side.
