Floral Yellow High Low Dress

Size large. From Target. New without tag. Beautiful bright yellow color with dokie design. Dress consists of yellow slip and sheer floral wrap dress. Shortest part of dress hits at 9 and longest part just above ankles. Love this dress but I have nowhere to wear it!
