Floral Two Piece Prom Dress

This is a two piece prom dress. Open sides on the top piece and a zip up in the back. The top also comes with built in padding in the breast area. The bottom has a ruffle, floral look. The bottom has a slight rough feel but doesn't itch. The bottom is slightly see through but under the ruffles is a black skirt. This has only been worn a twice. The person wearing the dress is 5'2". The dress was slightly altered but is wearing 4" heels.
