Floral Topshop Summer Dress

Beautiful green and black puff sleeved dress by Topshop! Chiffon material and black lined. Great for the summer or in the fall with tights and under a sweater. (I’m 5’3 for reference) the dress is a size Small (size 4). The dress has some stretch so it can fit a size 2-6.
