Floral Tea Party Dress

Forever 21 rose floral dress. This dress is a killer find from F21. I constantly receive comments on its vintage appearance. Dress has fabric layers at the skirt allowing for fullness at the bottom. Back of dress has button closure along with a flirty open back. Perfect condition and looks substantially more expensive than it is! 😉
