hollyandhoney @eliz817 it's just tight across the top, like above the bust... I measured right at armpits though. I am a 32b and it fits fine. I'll add a pic with the measuring tape because I thought 29" sounded weird too.

hollyandhoney @eliz817 I added a photo of me wearing it and measuring (excuse the mom bra). I think I measured wrong because it has cups built in.
