leggsb @melcam0110 I'm not at home now. I can measure it for you and provide it either today or tomorrow. It doesn't have loops or anything for a belt but you can wrap one around the waist if that's the look you desire. It's a really pretty dress.

alaska1122 Is this a juniors size or women’s? I’m normally wear a women’s small, 2 or 4 in dresses but I am not sure if this would be too big on me? (34b bust, 34 hip)

leggsb @alaska1122 I believe it’s women’s. I looked it up and the website says women and their items are listed on Dillard’s women section. It’s size Large so sadly I think it will be too big on you.
