This dress doesn’t have a tag and was from a vintage store. There is no tag for a brand, material, or measurements. It is very stretchy, so I assume there is a good amount of elastane in the fabric. I believe it would fit a size XL. Has small hardly noticeable loops at the sides of the waist if you want to add a very thin belt. The top half is fitted but stretchy, the bottom half is flowy.
