Floral Spring Tiered Dress

Wayward Fancies for Eshakti. Midi length, v-neck, slight puff to short sleeves, includes matching sash with belt loops, pockets!, buttons down front, lined. Sleeves: elasticized at sleeve hem. They were a bit tight on me, so I opened the hem, clipped the elastic band, and sewed it closed again. It is now only elasticized on the top 3/4 of the sleeve. Not at all obvious/visible. Worn once. In fantastic condition.
