Floral Spring Skirt

Here’s another item I’ve had for a few years but haven’t worn but maybe once in the last 5 yrs. It’s so cute with boots!! It’s free flowing, has a lining and can be dressy or casual. Measurements: Elastic Waist 28” Waist to Hem 20” Lined Will fit size 6-8 which is my size fluctuation. I’m 5’7” weigh 138 lbs 37-29-38
