Floral Spring Garden Dress Navy Green

This floral midi dress is perfect for spring! Navy blue crochet top with lace at the waist green floral pattern on the skirt. The skirt has multiple layers and there is a small amount of tulle at the bottom so that it poofs out a little (see pictures). Only worn once!
