Floral Skater Style Dress. Very cute

This is a barely off white with red floral design skater style/ tea party style dress. It is above the knee and runs a little small. Zipper works perfectly. Never worn. Too small in bodice. This dress is labeled size small. It is an XS or 0 in fit.
