Floral Shirred Square Neck Blouse

A black and white floral blouse, with a shirred back to help it form to your body shape even more. The square neck is partially flattering, and the sleeves billow out. This shirt can be worn 4 different ways, with sleeves up or off the shoulder and with it normal or cropped. Please note that the original intent of this shirt is not to be cropped, just that the shirred back allows for the extra fabric to be tucked under with no lumps or bumps.
