Clarion by Mikasa Fine China 16 1/2" Large Oval Serving Platter . Lovely Scalloped Floral Pattern. Beautiful blue roses with gray green leaves decorate this "Clarion" 16 1/2" Oval Serving Platter by Mikasa. The Mikasa "Clarion" pattern is # 512. The lovely white fine porcelain of this fine china set is decorated with blue rose bouquets bursting from baskets. Scrolls of more blue flowers spill from the swirl scalloped edge. A thin delicate silver platinum band decorates the center of the plate as well as trims the edge. The markings on the underside of the plate read, Mikasa Fine China ® Clarion 512 Japan Excellent pre-owned condition, Like New - This serving platter is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, repairs or signs of crazing. There is a small dot under the glazing - looks to be from manufacturing - see pictures - very small. No signs of wear or utensil marks. The silver platinum band along the trim shows no signs of wear.
