Floral SHEIN mini skirt cottagecore PL petite large junior black flowers 🌺

This adorable mini skirt would be mine if it fit but it is a petite large and I, apparently according to SHEIN, am not. Please look at the measurements and give an inch or two for the type of measuring tape. The skirt is like a tapestry and there is no stretch or inner liner. You may want a slip. There are two small slits in the front. It is in excellent condition. I never wore it, since it never fit.
