Floral Ruffle Smocked Dress

Striking, blue floral smocked dress - never worn, brand new! I bought a large thinking it would be tighter fitting, but its actually pretty true to size, and was too big for me --- would fit someone taller (>5'3") great! Beautiful dress! Paid $20, asking $16. (never had tags, but it's brand new/never worn, so I marked it as tagged)
