Floral Rose Print Blouse Button Down

Long sleeve button down blouse. Pretty roses of mauve, pink, maroon on off white background. Tag is cut out. Guessing 16-18 or XL. Please note measurements. GUC. Some minor spots on cuff of left sleeve. See last pic. (May come out?) No tears or other signs of wear noticed. Silky flowy like Rayon, most likely polyester blend.
