Floral Romper with flowy sleeves

Reposhing this item I purchased from @the4knapps. I am tall and have a long torso making this romper a little too short on me. It feels more like a size 6. This would work on someone shorter than 5'9". The tag says size medium. But I am listing that it fits like a small! Questions? Leave a comment below!
