Floral Romper

Size XS (Originally $60) Super cute black floral romper with braided straps (8th-9th pics.) & a deep “U” back from Urban Outfitters. It’s cinched at the waist, which is a bit elastic, & is super short, so on the more revealing side, but it’s great for festivals etc. or as a bathing suit cover up.
