@moesmom99 By bust/waist measurements it is technically an 18. This is the baseline of an 18. However, again the elastic is a life saver with fit. :)

@jsabrag6 I would say around a 12. The elastic waist gives it some leeway. The leg and arm openings are standard so not too tight.
