Floral Red and Blue Dress

NWT, vibrant floral dress, with a stunning red base with blue floral patterns. I usually wear a size 14 or XL. I ordered this in xl and it is a little bit too tight in the arms and bust. Would fit better on someone who wore a 10.-12. New with tag.
