Floral Pink Button-Up Skirt

Adorable vintage pink floral maxi skirt with polkadots!! when the waistband is stretched it does go to about 19” across laying flat comfortably. Super cute pale pink with floral/polkadot print. Waistband is stretchy. Each panel has little ruffle where it attaches. Super cute with a baggy sweater. The size is worn off but i believe it was a large but see measurements above :))
