Floral & Paisley Dress (Navy)

I received SO MANY compliments on this dress every time I wore it! This navy dress has a beautiful & unique collar that wraps around your neck. The neck circumference is 14" around. There are two buttons on the backside of the neck to button it together. Then, there are three teardrop shape slits that go from the neck to above the chest. After the chest area, the dress flows gracefully till right above the knee.
