Floral Minkie Dress from London 🌸

Purchased at the original Top Shop in London when they carried small, independent brands on their downstairs floor. Smocked bodice you can wear in either direction, I personally like the V straps front. No waist, flounce hem, one size. Fun piece! Just haven’t worn in a long time. 42” long. No content tag but I’d guess this is polyester, fabric is a good weight with good drape and a fun twirl factor.
