Floral Mini-dress or Tunic

Paired with leggings, tights or skinny jeans, this dress/tunic is versatile with an eye-catching print. The tags were annoying, so I cut them all off! The material is 100% polyester and the garment is machine washable and dry-able. EUC with no flaws. Size is large; please see photos for measurements. Accessories not included.
