Floral Mini Strapless Dress

Cutest mini floral dress ever! It says small but fits like an extra small. Can’t fit in it ever since I had my daughter :( but the belt came with it and the dress has belt loops. There’s a mesh lining underneath to really give it that extra fluffy bell shape at the bottom.
