NWOT Short Sleeve Midi Dress. Wear it with an oversized cardigan and booties during the winter or a wedge sandal during the warm days. It was a little big on me and could not return it. The material is a bit sheer and has a light sheen. It has a lot of stretch with an elastic waist which makes it very forgiving.
